A flight permit will be issued on behalf of the Civil Aviation Authority. Receiving flight requests and related documents from foreign and domestic air carriers for transit, landing and take-off of Mongolian airspace, long-term, preliminary, operational planning and routine coordination in accordance with air traffic planning and permitting procedures.
The technological documents required for the effective organization of air traffic flow planning and safety shall be in accordance with the Civil Aviation Law of Mongolia, the Civil Aviation Code and other relevant laws and regulations, and the standards and requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) develop in accordance with flight planning and performance studies; to ensure the normal operation of the software and electronic devices used in the activities of the office, to ensure the integrity and security of the database, and to develop them based on modern technology.
